To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and gift cards. Sale items and digital downloads are also non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
4. Exchanges
